When adding an Expert Advisor (EA) to MT4, the "OK" button is not displayed in the EA's Inputs section

When adding an Expert Advisor (EA) to MT4, the "OK" button is not displayed in the EA's Inputs section, preventing the EA from being attached to MT4. Can any experts help resolve this issue? Thank you.
