Yes, flat box is really good and works as break out strategy. I don't have full auto version, but idea is quite good and easy to manage it:

you set max flactuation in pips for exact number of bars. Yellow box appears once condx match. Than you set +X pips for buy/sell.
Once the price touch one of these levels - you get a trade. Simple, good.
