Suggestion MT4 indicator into CTrader indicator?

If anyone could convert this MT4 indicator into CTrader indicator. As CTrader platform is modern platform, but this MT4 indicator seems to be good for dynamic support and resistance, and also mentions the Supply and Demand zones.

you need to find the mq4 file aka the source code, without understanding the source code we cannot do anything
