Maybe your VPS speed is slow and indicator can not work => Indicator slow speed issue.
Also Please use ECN account for the best performance.
Sometimes Standard account fails to close orders.

Any broker is OK but ECN is the best for my EA.
You can open demo ECN and run EA again.

If you CloseWhenYellowMark =true, then the order is closed at yellow check mark.
