2. The idea of the advisor was born right here on this forum. I sat, read the discussions, watched people struggle with similar strategies, and thought, "Why not make a normal implementation?" The code was written spontaneously, almost in one breath, and I decided to let him live where he grew up.

3. Free for forum members is a conscious decision. I wanted to do something useful for the community that I started in myself. If the Expert Advisor makes a profit after optimization, I will be only glad. It's like planting a tree: you don't always get the fruits yourself, but it's nice to have someone resting in its shade.

Therefore, the answer to the question "winner or loser" is: your time is your responsibility. If you're interested, optimize, race in the tester, and put it on demo. This is the only way to find out the truth that will be true for you. I cannot give a guarantee, and those who give such guarantees in the trading world usually wear a white coat and trade the air. If the idea of spending time checking out a new advisor is not close to you, this is absolutely normal. Perhaps later, when the forum members have accumulated statistics and shared the results, you will return to it with ready answers.

The expert wins only with a very small spread, but the commission will eat up the profit and the same scenario as with a normal spread will occur. Your experience is valuable, but let me add one caveat: if you haven't found something profitable in 17 years on the market, it's probably not because of this Expert Advisor, but because the old approaches have stopped working. The market has changed a lot — and it continues to change every day. Sometimes it's useful to give way to something new. The same guy who recently ran with SuperTrend and Keltner, went to the gym, changed his wardrobe and is now sporting new indicators and other buns.
What happened here anyway?
The previous version used SuperTrend + ADX and Keltner + RSI. Sometimes they gave a signal where they would like to be silent. In the new version, I completely shook up the logic of the inputs.:
• Mode 1 now: EMA (200) + Parabolic SAR + MACD + ATR. A classic that filters trend, momentum, and volatility at the same time. No muddy intersections — just a breakdown of the MACD, confirmed by a parabolic and long trending EMA, plus a minimal ATR to stay out of the swamp.
• Mode 2 now: Bollinger Bands + Stochastic + CCI. The same bounce from the Bollinger bandwagon, but with a double filter: stochastic should be oversold/overbought, and CCI should confirm the extremum. Previously, it was Keltner+RSI, now it is BB+Stoch+CCI, which gives clearer entry points on pullbacks.
Both modes, as before, can be combined (AND/OR) — there are no changes.
What else is new?
• New bar filter (TradeOnlyOnNewBar). No more fuss inside the candle: by default, the Expert Advisor checks the signal only at the opening of a new bar. This dramatically reduces the number of false entries and the load on the terminal.
• Global profit target (TotalProfitTarget). We have reached the goal in money (or in the currency of the deposit) — the ADVISER closes and leaves to drink coffee. It works as an auto-profit stop.
• Prohibition of hedging (AllowHedging = false). If you already have a buy, the sell signals are ignored (and vice versa). For those who don't like locks.
• Instantaneous momentum on M1. To remove overdue deposits, the minute chart (M1) is now used, rather than M15 — more precisely, it feels the "rotting" of the order.
The EA is still friendly with gold and is optimized for it, but formally it can work on any pairs (it will simply issue a warning in the log). So exotic lovers should be careful.
Important!
As before: default settings are not the Holy Grail. Everything needs to be adjusted according to your broker: spreads, stop levels, sessions. The MT5 tester will help you. The file is compiled for AVX (so that everyone gets started).

I'm happy for you! Switching to promotions is like switching from surfing to downhill skiing: the equipment is different, and the muscles work differently, but if you get high, then it's yours.

Just don't get mad if I don't run to close the MetaTrader and throw the Expert Advisors in the trash. Forex is like an old friend: sometimes it takes out the brain, sometimes it gives endorphins, but I probably won't leave it "forever" on the advice of one successful shareholder. • Chế độ 2 hiện tại: Bollinger Bands + Stochastic + CCI. Cùng một tín hiệu bật lên từ Bollinger Bands, nhưng với bộ lọc kép: Stochastic phải ở trạng thái quá bán/quá mua, và CCI phải xác nhận điểm cực trị. Trước đây là Keltner + RSI, giờ là BB + Stochastic + CCI, giúp xác định điểm vào lệnh rõ ràng hơn khi giá điều chỉnh giảm.
Cả hai chế độ, như trước đây, đều có thể được kết hợp (AND/OR) — không có thay đổi nào.
