I answer honestly: no, I'm not starving, I haven't lost an argument, and I'm not hiding my bottom line. Everything is simpler and more boring:
1. This is not my only project. I have other developments, including commercial ones, that feed me and keep me busy. GoldFader is not the "golden antelope" that I pray for, but rather an experiment. Sharing one of the many is not a pity.
2. The idea of the advisor was born right here on this forum. I sat, read the discussions, watched people struggle with similar strategies, and thought, "Why not make a normal implementation?" The code was written spontaneously, almost in one breath, and I decided to let him live where he grew up.
3. Free for forum members is a conscious decision. I wanted to do something useful for the community that I started in myself. If the Expert Advisor makes a profit after optimization, I will be only glad. It's like planting a tree: you don't always get the fruits yourself, but it's nice to have someone resting in its shade.
