Hi Edgae I notice that on the Premium 2.2 version your stop has changed to 5.5. Is this to account for the extra hours that this version is trading or is their another reason?

Yes correct.
For tickmill you should not change anything. Only assign the set that corresponds to the pair

For all brokers that are GMT +2 define GMT_offset = 1
