Suggestion ArbitrageEA (Fast and Slow)

Broker for Forex Arbitrage to find is an easy task. So, when you will to trade with the best forex strategy for consistent profit, it is recommended to need a good combination of a Fast Price Feed Provider (Fast Broker) and a Slow Trading Broker. The Performance with the Latency Arbitrage, HFT EA depends on the Internet speed, between the geographical standpoint of your PC System and the Metatrader 4 Trading Brokers. The smaller the ping of the Fast Price Feed Provider (Fast Broker) and so greater the Ping of the Slow Broker, so better the Performance of the Expert Advisor – HFT EA – Strategy
 
Can you please improve the execution of the Arbitrage EA?
I think it's not a bad ea, but it needs some improvements and it will be ok. :)

Arbitrage trading is a strategy to get data from one faster broker and place orders an other slower broker.

The main idea is the exploitation of price delays and their deviation between two brokers.

Fast expert is for fast broker to get only data, not place orders.

Slow expert is for slow broker to place and manage orders.

Experts uses dll file to run faster. It is necessary to set the terminal to allow dll files.

Remember, need to attach both expert on the same chart of both terminals.

Experts can work only on the same OS (same PC or vps for both terminals of fast and slow broker).

To set terminal, please go 'Options>Experts Advisors' and select 'Allow DLL imports'.

Experts are full and free versions, without any restriction or limitation.

Can you modify it to work on GOLD as well? i noticed it works only on currencies. Also if possible to make it opens a trade with every opportunity even if an old trade was still open, which means will have several trade on the same instrument at the same time.
