My personal opinion is that if you are seeking to be consistently profitable in trading, it may be more advantageous to you to look at following a good system of risk management and trade management- this means position sizing ( lot size wrt capital) , stop loss, targets, layering, leverage, trading setups etc.

The ideal would be to follow a trend indicator and enter on pullbacks or small countertrends at lower TF.
