are you sure? i just check it using chrome incognito and it shows as this

google doesnt allow dll sharing. but you still download ex4 and set files

Are you talking about v4.1 ? Time is GMT..GreenwichMeanTime is main time standard on the world..Not local time , not Summer Lightsaving time nor broker time...You should use on it
What kind of settings you burnt your account? What TF,pairs,etc?
