it seem your connection not stabil baby.. try request manually bar and tick history.. press ctrl+U and then click tab bar and select symbol, period, and date history and click request :*

did you see data m1 from year 2010 after request bar/tick data?
if you did not see it, the possible reason is because your broker not have data m1 from 2010.
try mt5 from metaquotes, maybe they have data m1 from year 2010.
