check your mt4 in your vps...maybe any mistake...it should be open trades...

no need to change begin and end hour...
if your broker time is GMT+3 ... left 0 (zero) ....
if your broker time is GMT+2 ... change input to = 1
if your broker time is GMT+4 ...change input to = -1 ..
and so on...

Input = 8 ,...
8 + (-5) = 3 ..
So match with default timezone = 3..
