Bug Indicator not showing on chart

Hi everyone, I just bought this indicator, seller not helping me at all, problem im experiencing is that the indi appears in the list when i add to a chart ,but no arrows on the chart, any help would be appreciated

dude you are posting everywhere calm down :=) you just need t3_clean.ex4 and snake.ex4 search find and be happy.good luck.
