I am using mt4 platform because my broker use it
maybe if all trader must use mt5 hence will use it

There is no point in downloading older builds because the software will force you to update, unless you use it in an offline computer or block it in firewall, because the moment you connect, it will update.

The old versions are then blocked by the Broker, so it is useless to go back to old versions.
The huge problem is the latest release 1420 that blocks almost all EA.
