Suggestion Can anyone help convert mql4 to mql5 please

Its a very good indicator in my opinion as ir doesnt repaint.
I have attached a picture of the indicator and the arrows and zones are apart of it,would appreciate it if any coder on this platform can keep the same settings and features but just convert it so it can be used on MT5.

just looking to this pic you can tell that the arrows repaint, but will give a go just to prove this.
