Bro, put this mq4 file in MT4 expert folder and restart the MT4, it will be automatically converted to ex4 format. But Why You need ex4 when You have Mq4 file?

100% scam, so Please beware of these type scammers. No one has latest decompiler for latest ex4. Don't waste Your money by watching fake videos.

Here is another scammer on SKYPE, His Skype ID: live:simon_ha4 and he is doing scam. Don't ever send money to these type of people. He will ask You to send money via BTC or PM. Beware, His name is Simon Pirelli (I think his fake name).
