So i'm in France i have to find a french broker that allows arbitrage, or i use FBS and use a very high latency VPS in malaysia, and for slow broker i can use IC market, it's true what i'm saying ?

Hi thanks for your reply, for fast data feed i will not use VPS, i will connect my pc to optical fiber and only 2 hours a day, if you can help me to chose the types of account on fbs that allows arbitrage and chose the 2nd broker that will be nice !!
