From what he has show Witek changed the Profit indicator from 56 to 24 (Not to 26 from his 10-5 template) and is trading on the one minute time frame.

If you select apply to previous indicators data on the MA and increase the period you will find that the MA does not move all over the place as the chart moves. Of course you will not get exactly the same as the 2 MA but I find the 12 MA gives pretty good signals..
