How long do you have the news filter pause trading during big news events? An hour or two?

I think the impeachment trial last week may have affected the gpdusd pair? The ea worked good in December, then got screwy in early January. I think it might be heavily affected by news?

What happened to the original poster, who shared this ea? He seems to have disappeared??

For me the gpusd has been stuck with 12 open positions for a couple of days now...very slow..

The EA is behaving differently than last month. In December, the GU M5 timeframe was trading excellently for me. Last week it did nothing: Yet the GU M1 timeframe seems to be going along fine:

I re-started this EA on Sunday, after the holidays. Right now it's Wednesday, and so far it's not opening any trades? Maybe it takes awhile to get revved up? Or maybe the banks are still slow to getting back to trading after the holidays?

Are you American? What broker do you use?

Thanks, I will demo test. I was wondering if it's okay to leave the ea orders open over weekends? And do you expect the Christmas holiday to negatively effect its performance?

You set the TakeProfit to 0.5? Or do you mean 5?

I tried testing this in demo with $500, and it told me minimum balance is 1000. I usually like to start testing EAs with smaller balances. Is that something that can be an option in a future update?

I have the Account History tab open here, and as you can see there have been no trades since June. It has the smiley face in the upper-right hand corner, and I have the Heikein Ashi and Keltner indicators in the proper folder..

The v6 slow mode didn't open a single trade for me last week friend! Perhaps some tweaking for the current market conditions is needed?
