Try and open the TTM SSA bars tt indicator on a blank chart change the indicator number of computations to 4 and use that separately for confirmation, if it behaves the same way then try and delete TTM SSA BARS TT , refresh and then put it in indicators again , seems like an issue with your mt4...

That looks weird , ! 15 mins.tpl when you load this that is designed for 15 mins , you can't use that for any other time frame and same goes for others ! 4 hours is for entry on 4 hours and ! 1 hour is for entry on 1 hour , try that mate again and let me know if I can help
