It opened on Monday finally and closed in profit. MM is set off so that it won't open lot sizes according to MM (large lot size?) The preset allows trading only a few hours on Mondays and Fridays. Where can one find the unlimited version? Thank you very much.

Thanks for Promax 4.11 fixed. I tried it on 5m as stated in your zipped file. To be safe, should I turn MM off to constrain the starting lot fixed at 0.01 regardless of the equity? The demo equity is USD30,000.

What does 'soften the grid' exactly mean? In a martingale, let's say the 1st order opens 0.01 lot, when it's time to open the 2nd order lot 0.02 lot (20 pips away from 1st order) and then 20 pips away the 3rd order 0.04 lot, what exactly would the 4th order be?
