There is 0 support for paid EAs? when opening ticket they say ask in thread and in thread the developer never give clear answers and instructions. So why sell EAs then?

Bug Report: In the new MT4 BUILD 940. When I try back test it every time stop the back test with "daily target reached" even if i set in "input" false or true on daily target, in both cases it will stop back test in the first day when daily target reached. Please kindly help. Thank you!
