Martingale is not int the do list right now. It may be in the list in the future.

Check the Colors tab of indicator and you can find buffers used by the indicator. You can shift for signal by changing the shift parameters and testing it with different ones until you find the right one.

I found your indicator gives signal at shift two. So change Indicator Shift to 2 in EA settings and EA will work fine. I have attached screenshot of settings below
