    It would be more robust if instead of specific number of pips there would be ATR based number of pips for SL, TP and trailing. Same settings could be used on many markets.

    Try to run it in backtest with optimization of all parameters, maybe it will find the problem. Or try different broker.

    Looking at EURGBP it seems this is mean reversion EA, so it will be working best on mean reversion markets.
