Thank's for the EA Tanaka. After backtesting, I think it's not the same with the rule of BUY and SELL.
BUY when crossing up from down to upper level 30 RSI.
SELL when Crossing down from upper to lower level 70 RSI

I just used line color.
Red=sell
Blue=buy
